The use of LED under four different wavelengths:
 (1) Low UV: 250 nm - 265 nm - 285 nm - 365 nm, now 250 nm to 410 nm. These are the INGaN/GaN carbide materials. The ultraviolet can kill all bacteria in water, and the lethality could reach 98%, especially the 285 nm.

2. The VIS LED (visible light LED)

3. Infra LED (infrared LED)
From a medical point of view, using 660 nm - 730 nm - 660 nm light can promote the growth of plants.
730 nm - 760 nm medical products can check whether a patient is in a vegetative state.
760 nm - 790 nm - 805 nm is used to detect the content of fat medically.
850 nm - 880 nm is for detection of engine speed.
900 nm is mainly made to inspection instruments, to detect the human body sap, blood, etc
940 nm is made to remote control, mainly used for position lock.
1000 nm to 1300 nm - 1500 nm - 1550 nm is made to inspection instrument, mainly testing body alcohol/fiber/carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and other volatile gas.
4. The usage of other special band:
 (1) 250 nm - 300 nm (0.1 MW), 350 nm - 360 nm (1 MW), 380 nm - 400 nm (5 MW, 20 MA).
