The use of LED under four different wavelengths:
1. UV LED（UV LED)
 (1) Low UV: 250 nm - 265 nm - 285 nm - 365 nm, now 250 nm to 410 nm. These are the INGaN/GaN carbide materials. The ultraviolet can kill all bacteria in water, and the lethality could reach 98%, especially the 285 nm.
 
 (2) Medium UV light: 365 nm - 370 nm is international general. UV brings damages, so usually no bacteria should be guaranteed in the surgery. 365 nm - 390 nm UV is generally used to fill the teeth. It is featured by strong functions and short time. At the same time, the wavelength of 365 nm to 370 nm is used to identify the authenticity of a bill internationally.
 
 (3) High UV light: 405 nm - 410 nm. the largest chip is no more than 2 inches (also known as UV wafer). UV from 345-410 nm can be used to plant seeds. Also the 405 nm to 410 nm is used to distinguish authenticity of RMB.
 
2. The VIS LED (visible light LED)
 (1)Blue-ray: 430 nm - 450 nm - 470 nm is applied in blue band. Its main ingredient is INGaN/GaN, but its content and capacity is, and not durable, mainly used for blue band.
 
 (2) The green light: 505 nm - 520 nm to 540 nm. It is mainly used for green light wave band, its main composition is: INGaN/GaN. The main ingredient of 556 is GaP/ALInGaP. It is pure green in international spectroscopy which people can see clearly.
 
 (3)The yellow light: 570 nm to 590 nm band is mainly used in amber (yellow).
600 nm to 620 nm band is mainly used in orange.
 
 (4) The red light: 630 nm to 640 nm band is mainly used in red. 660 nm to 730 nm band is mainly used in deep red.
 
3. Infra LED (infrared LED)
From a medical point of view, using 660 nm - 730 nm - 660 nm light can promote the growth of plants.
730 nm - 760 nm medical products can check whether a patient is in a vegetative state.
760 nm - 790 nm - 805 nm is used to detect the content of fat medically.
850 nm - 880 nm is for detection of engine speed.
900 nm is mainly made to inspection instruments, to detect the human body sap, blood, etc
940 nm is made to remote control, mainly used for position lock.
1000 nm to 1300 nm - 1500 nm - 1550 nm is made to inspection instrument, mainly testing body alcohol/fiber/carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and other volatile gas.
 
4. The usage of other special band:
 (1) 250 nm - 300 nm (0.1 MW), 350 nm - 360 nm (1 MW), 380 nm - 400 nm (5 MW, 20 MA). The products stimulate photo catalyst from 320 nm to 400 nm bands, and can effectively remove formaldehyde, benzene, xylene in the air and daily office viruses, bacteria and peculiar smell, to prevent virus infection and reduce the spread of disease, At the same time, promoting the body metabolism, enhancing immunity, keeping energetic and healthy.
 
 (2) 570-580 nm wavelength can fuzzy mosquito retina and make it flee spontaneously.
 
 (3) 320 nm - 380 nm ultraviolet ray, can promote skin metabolism, growth ability and skin thickening. It can also cure cowhide moss (psoriasis), vitiligo, etc; It can make lighting object when used in lighting; and can also be used for industry radiation inspection, chemical phase and money detect.
 
 (4) 275 nm to 320 nm UV; Tanning has a strong effect on the physiology of human body. It can cause skin photochemical and spot process and generate many active substances on skin, playing a good role in internal organs, spirit system, endocrine system, circulation system of human body; after sunbath exposure, skin will turn red, leading to the effect of erythema. On the other hand, it transform dehydrogenation ergot cholesterol in the skin into vitamin D3 or D2, promoting the body's normal calcium phosphorus cycle, which is particularly important to indoor workers, pregnant women and young children.
 
 (5) Making use of the characteristics that insect vision near 360 nm UV region has the largest sensitivity can lure insects together and kill them.
 
 (6) Special wavelength of 315 nm and UV B band have strong effect on animal physiology, and play a positive role in animal's internal organs, nervous system, endocrine system and circulatory system, promoting the synthesis of protein and vitamin D3.
